Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products around the world using Australia Post and its international partners. Shipping costs are included in the price displayed. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks) depending on your location within Australia. International orders take between 10-30 business days (2-6 weeks) – the further you are from our distribution centre in the UK, the longer the timeframe.
Subscription commencement date
Your subscription will commence with the next available issue. Note that it is a quarterly publication so depending on when you subscribe it may take up to 3 months to receive your first issue.
Non-receipt of item
If the magazine doesn’t arrive because the address provided is incorrect or if you have moved and haven’t updated your details, we do not resend another copy of the magazine(s). If the address provided is correct and the magazine doesn’t arrive within six (6) weeks of sending, we will send a replacement magazine to the original address. If the replacement magazine doesn’t arrive then we will provide a digital version of the magazine(s). To receive a replacement copy you must tell us that your copy hasn’t arrived before the subsequent edition is sent out.
Customer Service Policy
Womankind is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 5 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds on subscriptions or store purchases if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit where magazines are damaged to the point they are unable to be read or are different to the product purchased on the website. We do not take responsibility for items that are damaged in transit.

Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non refundable.
