Can you change who you are? Is it possible? Or are you destined to be the same person your entire life? Most of us seek change in some parts of our life. It’s why we embark on a change of scenery at times. Very few of us sit around and say, “I don’t want anything to change, not a thing”. There’s always something we wish to improve or fix, or to be, well, just different to what it is today. But when seeking change, most of us make surface changes. We change our clothes, our hair; we go on a holiday or book into a health retreat; we save up and buy a house – all the time thinking that these activities will bring about the change we need. But once we’ve ticked all these boxes, we find ourselves more or less the same person. Why?
